Disclaimer regarding photography/videography
of children
Please note that the Master and Committee
of the South Wold Hunt cannot be held responsible for members of the general public who chose to photograph or video events
during hunting days or Hunt events. However, official hunt photography and videography may be carried out for the benefit
of the Hunt film evening, Hunt Photo albums, boards and website. If you do not wish your child to be captured on film by the
official hunt photographers/videographers you must make yourselves and your child known to the Hunt Secretary and Field Master
before the event commences. You must also make your child known to the photographers/videographers by wearing a brightly coloured,
easily visible armband. Therefore, any photography/videography taken will be deleted and not be made accessible to the public
or kept within hunt records.
